A reminder

If you feel unloved or unwanted, so what? What’s the worst that could happen? And I kept thinking of the hangover movie, where Ken jeong was like BUT DID YOU DIE? Hqving expectations is alright, but demanding that they be met is where the issue comes about. Not knowing and not being in control is okay, there’s so much in the world that you don’t know and we’re fine with it. In the same way with things and people and circumstances, you might not know and that’s okay. Just realise that you react differently in different circumstances and it may feel like you don’t know who you are when something bad happens cause you behave almost completely differently from how you usually are or how you thought you should behave. But that’s normal, and it helps you understand that in moments of stress or crisis, your emotions and thoughts are not to be trusted/depended on cause you’re just reacting to the situation. So you can just understand that this is not the end of the world, just stand back and breathe and respond after you’ve realised how you’re feeling now is circumstantial.
